Salads, Soups and Small Plates

Pear Salad

Thai Pork Salad  
Sliced, marinated pork tenderloin, rice noodles, pea pods and sprouts tossed with greens and a Thai peanut dressing.  11.00  New!

Mr Green Jeans Salad
Shredded roasted chicken (we roast our own whole birds), buttermilk blue cheese, NH apple smoked bacon, candied pecans tossed with greens and a champagne vinaigrette.  11.00   New!

Pink Mermaid Salad
Chilled chunks of salmon, green beans, hardboiled egg, kalamata olives, red potatoes and cherry tomatoes, tossed with greens and a sun dried tomato vinaigrette.  12.00   New!

Pear and Goat Cheese Salad
Hazelnut breaded New England farmhouse goat cheese, sauteed, with sliced pears, toasted hazelnuts and a champagne vinaigrette.

Romaine lettuce with house made Parmesan garlic croutons, hard boiled egg, and a creamy lemon parmesan dressing.

Creamy Sweet Potato and Bacon Chowder   chunky potato chowder with NH apple smoked bacon and a hint of smoky chipotle.

Italian Garden Vegetable Soup  A hearty mixed vegetable soup, with a touch of parmesan cheese.

Spicy Vegetable Chili  A vegan dish of black, red and white beans, tomatoes, sweet and spicy peppers.
           Add sour cream and shredded cheddar for 2.50 extra

Beef Brisket Sliders   On house made brioche mini-buns with horseradish mayonnaise and a side of apple fennel slaw.  8.00

Cheese Fondue  A warm and savory three cheese blend with roasted vegetables and bread for dipping.  10.00

Duck Rillettes  A chilled spread of slow cooked and shredded duck with fig and onion jam and served with French bread croutes.  8.00

Blackened Fish Sandwich
Blackened tilapia, creamy apple fennel slaw and tangy remoulade folded in soft flatbread.  Served with our lemon dill rice salad.  11.50 
                                    

Tuscan Chicken Sandwich
Grilled chicken, fresh arugula and mozzarella, topped with a sun dried tomato ketchup and a roasted garlic basil mayonnaise, on a ciabatta roll.

"Made in NH" Black Forest ham, creamy brie, rhubarb chutney and a drizzle of honey mustard on a French roll, pressed and grilled crispy.

Tender pulled pork and NH made Black Forest ham, house made pickles, swiss cheese, with a citrus mojo mayonnaise on a French roll, pressed and grilled crispy.  Served with our black bean Aztec salad.  12.00

Corned beef, swiss cheese, sauerkraut braised in beer with New Hampshire apple wood-smoked bacon, and our own Russian dressing, piled on grilled rye. Served with picnic potato salad.   11.50

Chicken Salad Sandwich
We couldn't open our doors without offering our signature chicken salad with chunks of roasted chicken, grapes, walnuts, red onion and our special dressing. Served on white, whole wheat or marbled rye bread or in a wrap. Accompanied with picnic potato salad.   10.00

Mediterranean Veggie Burger
Hearty whole grain burger of chick peas, quinoa and brown rice, accented with Mediterranean flavors of sun dried tomatoes, kalamata olives and vegetables.  Topped with a sun dried tomato ketchup and roasted garlic-basil mayonnaise.  Served with black bean Aztec salad.

Eggplant, Portobello mushroom, roasted red peppers and fresh spinach tossed with marinara and rigatoni pasta, garnished with asiago cheese.  You can add grilled sea scallops, chicken or salmon to this dish.    Half order of pasta  9.00 plus...   Whole order of pasta  11.00 plus....   
                               Add 5.50 for grilled salmon or grilled scallops (4) or 3.50 for grilled chicken.

Seafood Crepes
Traditional French pancakes encasing a fresh basil and orange accented filling of scallops, shrimp and salmon, sauced with a creamy veloute. Served with a lightly dressed arugula salad.  11.75

Inside Out Chicken Cordon Bleu
Panko breaded chicken, stacked with prosciutto, brie and a lightly dressed arugula salad.
